The Simmons Organizational Survey helps improve morale, teamwork, operations & productivity.

Does your company or work group have problems with: turnover; absenteeism; productivity; waste of materials; shrinkage; labor disputes; relational problems; customer service; low sales or profits?

You may have seen these problems and know how much they cost you, but are you fully informed about where the problems are, what causes the problems, and just what to do to over-come them?

Employees usually know what is wrong in their work group. They are close to the problems & see them every day. Yet, they usually do not discuss their insights for fear of jeopardizing their job status.

Wouldn't it be great if you could get open & constructive feedback from your employees, leading to the solution of major organizational problems? The Simmons Organizational Survey was designed to meet this need.

In 1990, 57 General Managers of a Wendy's Old-Fashioned Hamburger franchise in Florida were given the Simmons Organizational Survey. The Simmons Organizational Survey pinpointed several key areas needing improvement. Constructive action was then taken, based upon survey information.

One year later, the Simmons Organizational Survey was given to these same individuals. The results were outstanding. All major areas showed significant improvement. For example:

  • 88% improvement in the perceived effectiveness of the District Manager's administrative & technical ability;
